Join the fight against SB 494!

Dear valued community members,

We are preparing to take legal action against SB494 in the courts. Our intention is to file a lawsuit against the State of Georgia and the Department of Agriculture, challenging the legality of this bill, which has redefined THCA (already defined by the Federal Government in the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill) and imposed restrictions on the sale of flower, accounting for approximately 65% of industry sales.

We kindly request your support and contributions to aid in our fight against SB494. Currently, we have raised approximately $185 in donations through GiveSendGo and an additional $780 in cash donations via CashApp and Venmo. Please consider donating at https://www.givesendgo.com/grassroots. If you would prefer to donate directly, please send me an email at info@THCAtlanta.com, and I will reply with my personal CashApp or Venmo username. All donations will be directed to Watson Law Group to file this injunction. For full transparency, while the initial $10,000 will enable stores to restock flowers on their shelves as soon as possible, the total cost of battling this in court may significantly exceed that amount. I'll continue to post the amount of donations received through other means other than the donation link as they are received.

Thank you for your consideration and support.

Sincerely,

Scotty Ellison / THCAtlanta
