Hey Everybody,
This is a PSA; if you haven't heard, SB494 essentially kills the hemp market in Georgia by severely limiting THCA, the precursor to THC Delta9. The bill was signed with the revision made to it behind all of our backs and behind closed doors without the consent of his constituents. If you feel like I do, then you probably feel as if the government isn't our parents, and we are not its children, and they do not have the right to take away medicine that was working for us and Georgians all over the state had zero (0) issues with. This is purely a political move to allow big corporations and companies to come in and take over the hemp/cannabis market, leaving the average citizen holding their hands and able to do nothing about it. Please sign the petition and urge Brian Kemp to veto SB494 which would hurt thousands of hemp companies here in the state of Georgia, and thousands more that do business with those in the state of Georgia.
